Your Impact in This Role
You ensure the operation and lifecycle management of the Sonic Suisse ERP systems, including daily operations, support, optimizations, and projects.
In this role, you are responsible for:
- Defining and implementing new requirements and processes with business users,
- Understanding business needs and processes,
- Translating and implementing business requirements into IT solutions (ERP),
- Managing process changes with business users,
- Leading or participating in ERP projects,
- Coordinating tasks with other IT teams,
- Defining, implementing, and managing interfaces with other applications or processes, Providing Level 2/3 support to end users.
Your Background & Expertis
Qualifications / Competencies ;- Good knowledge with ABACUS ERP system (ABAReports / BPE is a plus),
- Understanding of finance, or supply chain processes,
- General knowledge about IT infrastructure, network, databases is an asset,
- General knowledge in developing applications,
- Native speaking in French or German + English: able to participate and lead meetings, written communication (email) and documentation (processes, directives, SOP’s, etc.).
